Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor
Tifton, GA Tifton, GA $13 an hour $13 an hour We're hiring a housekeeping manager to provide excellent sanitation and customer service to our hotel guests.
You'll be responsible for leading the housekeeping staff, ensuring team members perform their job duties to our high standards, and keeping the housekeeping department well-stocked with cleaning supplies.
Applicants should have hospitality experience, enjoy their work, and demonstrate a commitment to meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
Previous experience in a supervisory role is required.

Responsibilities:
Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs Hire and train housekeeping staff to perform cleaning duties and deliver customer satisfaction to our expectations Make sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed Order cleaning supplies as needed, control inventory and manage the department budget Monitor all the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
Qualifications:

years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping director, or other similar position Extensive knowledge of environmental services (EVS), including detailed cleaning processes and a wide range of cleaning supplies and equipment Over 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitality The ideal applicant is an experienced leader who demonstrates great attention to detail and customer service skills A High school diploma or GED is required About Company The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tifton is Tifton's only all-suite hotel - seamlessly blending exceptional service and functional design - offering the modern amenities our guests need and expect in order to stay refreshed and focused during their travels.
