Major job duties include, but are not limited to the following:
ADP Payroll / Time Punches Preparing payroll for processing Assisting Employees benefits / Knowledge of Benefit Process.
Knowledge and understanding of Payroll Laws & Confidentiality.
Assist the receptionist in daily interactions with residents' family, guest, and vendors during check in and/or incoming calls.
Assist the facility and Admission staff with obtaining insurance authorization and eligibility, when needed.
Collections - Calls, Letters & Court Filing Process.
Prepare and post daily deposits/withdrawals for Resident Trust Account LTC Medicaid billing via GAMMIS portal.
Complete Gateway Medicaid applications for long term care resident Assist with Daily Cash Posting, Collections and Census monitoring.
Other projects as directed by the Business Office Director Understand regulations governing insurance eligibility and authorizations.
Clear speaking voice both in person and over the phone Very upbeat, positive, and professional demeanor.
You must be alert and attentive to details, situations, and emergencies.
Strong communication skills Respectful and polite to Residents, guests, and staff
Qualifications:
Having knowledge of Medicare, Managed Care, Commercial and Medicaid plans.
Payroll / ADP - Knowledge of ADP is a must.
Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm to work with the geriatric population.
Have excellent communication, time management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience in community relations and customer service preferred.
Minimal high school diploma or equivalent Familiarity with Skilled Nursing Facility finances is preferred.
